If you have any questions regarding a blacklisting or non delivered mails, please contact the provider of the recipient,
NOT manitu.
This publicly available DNS blacklist is permanently regenerated by the NiX Spam project of the German IT magazine iX. It contains IP addresses of spam senders and hash values (fuzzy checksums) of incoming spam. The blacklist can be used to protect mailservers against spam. But checking a single DNSBL should not be the only criterion for spam.
Removals
There are two ways to remove the IP address immediately:
Legal, privacy, contact
Legal: https://www.heise.de/ix/impressum.html
Privacy: https://www.heise.de/Datenschutzerklaerung-der-Heise-Medien-GmbH-Co-KG-4860.html
